Student Bio: Zahra Ameli was born in 1983, in Iran. She is a second year doctoral student in structural engineering at the University of Maine studying under Professor Eric Landis. Before starting her Ph.D. program, she was and has been a visiting scholar at the Case Western Reserve University since July 2018.
