Student Bio:
Prakash Bhandari is a PhD student in the Structural Engineering at the University of Connecticut. He is a graduate student research/teaching assistant working under supervision of Dr.Shinae Jang and Dr.Ramesh Malla. Prakash completed his bachelorās degree in civil engineering from Tribhuvan University. Prior to joining his PhD, he worked as an assistant Lecturer at Himalaya College of Engineering, Nepal. He also has experience working tunneling project and design of bridges, water tanks, and buildings from working in various industry positions in Nepal..
