Student Bio:
Rui Wu is a fourth-year PhD. student at University of Massachusetts Lowell of Electrical and Computer Engineering. In his studies, Rui is focusing on fiber optic sensors including distributed sensing systems for structural health monitoring and photoacoustic imaging system in biomedical area. He has been working on a bridge structure health monitoring project on Salmon Fall River Bridge in NH and Grist Mill Bridge in Maine. He has been working on field tests over three years and has good experience in field test and working with different organizations.
