Zahra Ameli was born in 1983, in IRAN. She is a PhD candidate in structural engineering at the University of Maine studying under the supervision of Professor Eric Landis. Before starting her Ph.D. program, she was a visiting scholar at the Case Western Reserve University from July 2018 to August 2020.
